I know I've been disabled by sudden paralyzing depression when the barometer drops--it's a scary thing, just like the weather rolling in. I don't think I'm the only one...

Hey Firebird, thanks for your comment. There's another weather related depression called Seasonal Affective Disorder... coincidentally, S.A.D. for short. I get trouble with that but found some relief through vitamin D supplements. Some people can afford the full spectrum light boxes that they sit beside for a couple of hours a day while doing office or computer work, which simulates sunshine to the brain. Those of us in the Northern region of the world get it most often. That's interesting that even your depression acts up with barometric pressure! Maybe all chronic illnesses are affected by this.
