The Will of God
The Will of God
The will of God will never take you,
Where the arms of God cannot support you,
Where the riches of God cannot supply your needs,
Where the power of God cannot endow you.
The will of God will never take you,
The will of God will never take you,
Where the Spirit of God cannot work through you,
Where the wisdom of God cannot teach you,
Where the army of God cannot protect you,
Where the hands of God cannot mold you.
The will of God will never take you,
The will of God will never take you,
Where the love of God cannot enfold you,
Where the mercies of God cannot sustain you,
Where the peace of God cannot calm your fears,
Where the authority of God cannot overrule for you.
The will of God will never take you,
Where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears,
Where the Word of God cannot feed you,
Where the miracles of God cannot be done for you,
Where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.
Everything happens for a purpose.
We may not see the wisdom of it all now,
but trust and believe in God that everything is for the best.

Hi Sheila:)
I am distressed to hear that your husband cannot join you. You took so much trouble to get him back and yet it ended in failure. Too bad Sheila. I just cannot stomach this news. I am really upset. I have absolutely no words to console you.
This is wonderful poem and the last lines sums up everything.
"Everything happens for a purpose. We may not see the wisdom of it all now, but trust and believe in God that everything is for the best."
Yes, we try to fight too many things thinking we can set them right. On the other hand, it is better to accept many things as they come with calmness and belief in God. He never lets us down. He is always with us taking care of our destiny in HIS own inimitable style.
My prayers are with you dear Sheila:)

Thanks Mel;
I am SO grateful that we know the true God. Just now I was watching a show where the people had to walk for miles to go to their temple to pray for their child. The TRUE God made it so easy for us to contact Him, and He cares for us like the most loving, perfect Father that ever was. It just takes "practice" to learn that we can trust Him through EVERYTHING...and the trials are opportunities to practice that trust and see His hand in our lives.
Rhapsody B, thank you, same to you!! I really hope the start of the new decade is a fulfilling year for all!
Tuti;
Thankyou so much. I feel like I was given one bottle of strength or adrenaline when I was born and I used it all up already, so I have no strength of my own, but it's ok because when I lean on God's strength, I have more strength than if I tried to do it alone.
Joseph; thank you for your big hearted reply. I think everyone who hears about this WEIRD situation is just speechless. After 6 years of fighting with the legal system, there is not much people CAN say to us about it except "I'm so sorry, I will pray for you." Heavenly Father has been showing me the reasons for this, which helps the loss, but I certainly still am feeling the loss, and for some reason the loss of my first husband leaving with only 3 hours notice is becoming fresh again, like old war memories, so I am mourning them both at once. I try to stop those thoughts when I catch myself thinking them, but my heart still feels it. Even animals mourn the loss of their mate. I am thinking of many bright plans for my new life, and hoping I can find the strength to do them. Half of my hope was that finally I would have a companion to help me go out of this house and live life again. God sure seems to want me to be alone, but He has some reason for it.
I pray for each of you.
Blessings, Sheila
